Extra Care Schemes, allows Service Users to access high quality care while maintaining their privacy and autonomy.

Independent Care’s schemes run in purpose built residential properties in Kent. Our Carers provide high levels of care onsite, twenty four hours a day, seven days a weeks. Each housing scheme provides safe, accessible and dependable housing for people who aren’t able to live absolutely independently.

Living within our schemes allows the Service User to access the benefits of being part of a community, while delivering personalised care unique to them. All of our care plans, across all of our services, are tailored to each person’s individual needs, requirements and goals.

Our Extra Care sites encourage the fostering of relationships between community members, by encouraging them to participate in our scheme run activities.
