FUNDING YOUR CARE SUPPORT SERVICES
Our charges are based on the time required to deliver the agreed service. The cost will therefore depend upon the type and level of care service required.
Some of our service users qualify for full or part funding of their care through their local council, NHS Trust (through Continue Care after discharge from hospital) or other bodies These organizations may commission and pay for some or all the services we provide.

PRIVATE FUNDING
Of course, you can pay for our service privately. We will design your support package so that it meets your needs and personal budget.
DIRECT PAYMENT
Individuals who have been assessed by their local council’s social services team as needing help can choose to arrange and pay for their own home care and support services as an alternative to receiving these directly from the council. For Medway Council you can contact the Self Directed Support Team on 01634 306 000. We accept the Medway Card for clients in receipt of Direct Payment.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by cheque, debit/credit card or via internet banking.
